1, Do I need to provide any cleaning products and equipment?
- No, you do not need to provide them. We provide all cleaning products and equipment needed to clean your house. If you have any specialty products that you would like us to use for your home, please let us know.
2, What is the price of house cleaning based on?
- The price of the cleaning is based on frequency of cleaning; condition, size and location of your house.
3, What areas in Canberra do you cover?
- We cover all areas in ACT and some areas in Queanbeyan.
4, What is the minimum amount of time the cleaner can come for?
- For regular cleaning (once a week, fortnightly, once three weeks): minimum length of visit is 2.5 hours. For one-off cleaning: minimum length of visit is 3 hours. We have minimum length of visit because we will clean a home if we can do it well, and in order to ensure this we only use the best cleaners.
5, How do you access my home?
- This is completely up to you, we will accommodate your schedule in any way we can. Many of our clients provide us with an extra key, however, some prefer to present during the cleaning.
6, What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
- Some of our cleaners choose to work on holidays. We will contact you in advance to see whether you’d like to move forward with the cleaning or reschedule.
7, What if I need to reschedule a service?
- If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, we recommend that you call about 48 hours before your next scheduled service. We’ll do our best to accommodate all of your scheduling needs. And thanks to our contract-free system, you never need to worry about being locked into a cleaning plan.
